Thank you for your interest in the AgencyBloc Referral Program. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Employee & Family Exclusion: AgencyBloc employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the referral program.

Referral Submission Rules

• Use of Referral Link: To qualify for a referral reward, the referred party must use your unique referral link when submitting their information. Referrals not submitted via the referral link will not be eligible.

• Timing of Referral: Referrals must be submitted before the referred party signs a contract with AgencyBloc. Any referrals submitted after contract signing are ineligible.

• Referral Source Criteria:

  • The referral must result in a new, unique, independent account.

  • You may not refer:

    • Yourself

    • Statement Users, Agent CRM Users, or Full Users of existing AgencyBloc accounts

    • Brokers joining an existing account or participating in a carrier-sponsored plan in Quote+

Reward Fulfillment

• Payment Condition: Rewards will be fulfilled only after the referred individual or organization:

  • Submits their information using your referral link

  • Is verified as an eligible referral

  • Becomes a paying subscriber to one of AgencyBloc’s platform solutions

Right to Refuse Payment

• Discretionary Clause: AgencyBloc reserves the right to refuse referral payment for any reason, including but not limited to abuse of the program, suspicious activity, or failure to comply with the terms listed herein.

Modifications and Termination

AgencyBloc reserves the right to:

• Modify these terms at any time without prior notice

• Suspend or terminate the referral program at its discretion
  
  

Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
